This is the simplified, execution-focused version of the original Content & Growth proposal. The goal is the same—consistent visibility and content rhythm for SBC—but scoped to a clean 30-day pilot with defined deliverables, clear roles, and a work-trade arrangement.
No automation. No systems. Just content, consistency, and proof of execution. We run it for April, review what worked, and decide together how to scale from there.
| Deliverable | Volume | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Edited Reels | 2 / week | Produced from class footage. Full edit: cuts, music, transitions, text. 48-hr turnaround. 1 round of revisions. |
| Instagram Stories | 4 / week | Quick-turn recaps, behind-the-scenes, highlights. Same-day delivery. |
| Instagram Strategy | Ongoing | Henrique leads voice and posting. Patrick supports with ideas, consistency, and planning. |
| 3–4 / week | Patrick owns all posting: events, class promos, community content. | |
| TikTok | 3–4 / week | Patrick owns all posting. Repurposed from IG with adapted format and captions. |
| Event Support | As needed | On-site help at events—check-in, community engagement, extra hands. |
| Flyer Design | As needed | Patrick designs flyer with SBC branding and QR code. 1 round of approval only. |
Each class produces 3 distinct content segments (class, demo, counts), cascading to 16–18 posts/week from just 2 classes. Full volume math →
Linear pipeline through approve, then fans out to platforms.
See Appendix B for a sample week and T-minus timelines.

At the end of the month, we sit down and assess:
| Question | How We Measure |
|---|---|
| Was content delivered consistently? | Reel count, Story count, FB/TikTok post frequency vs. targets |
| Did quality meet the bar? | Henrique's subjective assessment—does the content represent SBC well? |
| Did engagement move? | Follower growth, Reel views, Story engagement vs. March baseline |
| Did the workflow hold? | Were handoffs clean? Did check-ins happen? Was the 48-hr turnaround met? |
| What's next? | Continue as-is, expand scope, adjust terms, or wrap up. |

Flexible—adjusts based on class schedule, events, and footage flow.
Days count backward from event day.
The base pilot assumes Henrique films and drops footage. If you want me to handle filming directly, these are available as paid add-ons on top of the work trade.

| Class — Handheld (Counts & Demos) | Directed filming of instructor counts and polished routine demonstrations. Samsung S24 Ultra, up to 4K. | $20 / segment |
Booked per-class or per-session. Invoiced weekly via Venmo.
Patrick is developing a dance-related web/mobile application. During the pilot, SBC gains early access as a beta partner—offering it to students as an exclusive SBC service. Post-beta, teachers use the platform to upload and manage content directly.
| Option | How It Works |
|---|---|
| Business Subscription | SBC pays a subscription to use the product for its students. |
| Exclusive License | SBC pays a premium to keep the product exclusive to its community. |
| Student Subscription | Per-user subscription. Students sign up individually, or SBC subsidizes and rolls it into membership. |
