These are the things I need from you so the content pipeline is ready on Day 1. Most take less than 5 minutes. Tap to check off as you go.
Platform Access
Give me the keys

Facebook Page — Editor or Admin access
Go to Page Settings → Page Access → invite patrick@wherewithalventures.com as Editor. I'll handle all FB posting from there.

TikTok — Account access
Either add me via TikTok Business Center, or we'll share credentials securely. I own all TikTok posting.

Instagram — Collaborator or connected account
You stay in the driver's seat on IG. I just need enough access to schedule Stories and send you Reels for approval. Meta Business Suite handles this once FB is connected.
Content Pipeline
How footage gets to me

Accept the shared Google Drive folder
I'll send you a link. Four folders: Raw Footage → In Edit → Ready for Review → Approved. You drop clips in Raw Footage after each class. That's it.

Film a test clip and drop it
Before April 1, film one short class clip (30–60 sec) and put it in the Raw Footage folder. This tests the pipeline end to end — no surprises on Day 1.

Share your music library
Playlist, folder, or Spotify link of tracks you use in class. Helps match edits to the right energy and avoid licensing issues.

What's happening in April

Days, times, locations, instructors. I'll build the content calendar around this so posts align with actual classes.

Flag any April events or socials
Workshops, socials, guest instructors, anything special. These become high-value content moments — I want to plan around them, not scramble.
Kickoff
First check-in

Schedule our Week 0 check-in (March 30–31)
15 minutes. We align on Week 1 content, confirm everything above is set, and lock in our recurring check-in times (Wed + Sun).
All of this should take about 20–30 minutes total. Once it's done, we're ready to go on April 1 — no setup overhead eating into content time.
